Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
This is more packet-specific, because we want to report backhaul connections as well. Can it be done with an mwtchahrd AGW monitor, or should it be manually spotted to the FARPN Spothole instance? How would you manually spot it?
