Part of #1. Related to https://gitea.farpn.net/w1cdn/farpn_udp_server, which will be potentially receiving data from multiple locations.

Is there any easy grid square lookup we can include, or would it have to be lat/long?

We did discuss on Matrix that a network map is not a physical map, so you could map connectivity without needing locations. But locations are also in the real world...

Lat and lon of spotter can now be included in the CLI, so it just remains to wire this into the UDP section.
